Young People

Headway Black Country and Dudley Brain Injury Service have piloted Young Persons Group for those with Acquired Brain Injury aged 16-30 years.

The group met every two weeks at Headway during the last 6 months of 2013. It sought to give young people a chance to meet, do things together and share experiences. Activities included pool, ping pong, skittles, watching movies, cooking and socialising.

Unfortunately due to staff and funding issues we are not able to support this initiative at present. If we can secure additional funding we hope to offer something specific for younger survivors again.

If you can help us get restarted with this project we would love to hear from you - 01384 869961.
